What makes Elmhurst products different from other plant milks?

We use a unique HydroRelease™ process that uses just water to preserve the full nutritional integrity of the nut or grain, allowing us to create creamy milks without added gums, fillers, or emulsifiers.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?

Our products are shelf-stable and can be stored in your pantry until the 'Best By' date. However, once opened, they must be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 7 to 10 days.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via standard ground shipping.

Are your beverages gluten-free and vegan?

Yes, all Elmhurst 1925 products are certified vegan, gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and OU Kosher.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Can I use Elmhurst milks for frothing and coffee?

Absolutely. Our Barista Edition line is specifically formulated to foam and froth perfectly for lattes and cappuccinos without the use of oils or additives.
